Hammer mill is a 'turn-key' equipment in pellet producing process. It is used to crush the raw material into proper size for pelletizing. Our hammer mills can process various of raw materials, including corn, corn stalk, peanut shell, grass, bean stalk, rice stalk, wheat, wood chips, etc.
We have designed the TFS series hammer mill, it includes many models with two different driving forces: electric motor and diesel engine. This kind of hammer mill can crush large pieces of materials with diameters around 30mm into smaller pieces with diameters from 2mm to 5mm, which are perfect for almost all models of pellet mills on the market.

Features of GEMCO Hammer Mills

Our hammer mills can do the crushing process and the selecting process at the same time and all granules can be gathered.
Every model of our hammer mills has loaded an air flow regulating valve, which can make them control the accuracy and avoid dust contamination while working.
Our hammer mills have cooling function, the temperature increasing degree of material is relatively low in the crushing process, which guarantees the smoothness of the granules
The structures of all our hammer mil models were designed in a compact way. This made them small size, low energy consumption, high efficiency and low noise.
