Then determine the lubrication status of the key components such as the reducer. Then you can turn on the machine for debugging. Every time the operator starts the machine, the engine oil is added, the mold is preheated to more than 50 degrees, and then the raw materials are pellitized. The pellets begin to crack. After about 5 minutes, the temperature of the machine will rise to 80-100 degrees Celsius, which will be normalized.
 
Before the machine is used for the first time, the gearbox and other lubrication components must be injected into the lubricant as required. Check the operating parts of the machine before using the machine. Check the mold roll before starting the machine to ensure that no foreign objects and related fastening components are loose. The service life of the die and the roller is 300-500 hours under normal operating conditions. The other side can be replaced after the mold wears out.
 
Before operating a wooden pellet mill, you need to prepare abrasive materials: 10% waste oil, 30% silica sand, and 60% wood chips. The material should be evenly stirred. After 30 minutes of opening the wood pellet mill, you can feed it.

All models are not lubricated. Before use, add lubricant according to the instructions and signs of the machine. Please grind immediately after the machine starts. Never touch the rotating parts during operation of the machine. After the granulation of the material is complete, add 3 times more oil and stop. It can be repaired after power off.
 
After using for a while, some maintenance is necessary.
 
Add oil to the transmission parts at regular time. All the transmission part should be lubricated in a fixed time to ensure a long service time.
 
Change the gearbox oil regularly, replace the new mill’s oil after half a month, and then change the oil every 1000 hours to extend the service life of the gearbox.
 
We also need to check the wood pellet mill parts every month, including pelletizer rolls, granules, gears, and bearings. If you find any problems with these parts, replace them immediately. You should also check if some connected parts are loose.
 
After using the wood pellet mill, the rolls should be removed and carefully cleaned and replaced. If the wood pellet mill is used infrequently, make sure it is intact: Clean the wood pellet mill, apply anti-rust oil on the surface, and cover it with a tarpaulin. In addition, the pellet plant needs to be placed in a clean and dry environment.
